On January 24, a group of pilgrims from the Diocese of Belleville will leave to join hundreds of thousands of others from around the country in Washington, D.C. for the March for Life. Marking the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has prepared a special Novena (i.e., nine days of prayer) for January 19-27, making it available to download or by sending daily texts/e-mails to those who request.

Please join our traveling pilgrims in the spiritual journey they will be making using the Nine Days of Prayer, Penance, and Pilgrimage resource that can be found at www.usccb.org/9days. There you can follow the link for a printable version of the Novena, or sign up to receive daily e-mail messages during the Novena. You may also simply text “9days” to 99000 for a daily text message.
